叠加等高线时，地图界面很花，看不清地图，请问除了调透明度外，
还有什么办法可以将 等高线 置于 交通矢量图下面呢？

You could change the opacity of the contour lines in the Elevate XML, I guess.

This doesn’t look like Elevate 4.5.1 with an OpenAndroMap – wrong color of paths/rivers/contour lines, and contour lines are rendered in a wrong position (above roads etc. instead of below).
If this is a composite map, it might help to play with OruxMaps options to get better results. Turning off the map background option in Elevate and putting a contour line map below and the OAM above could also help.
