I’m trying to generate some extracts, i’m playing around with using the tag mapping files from OpenAndroidMaps and the problem I am having is tags from way relations not getting into the map file

osmosis -v –rb zeeland-latest.osm.pbf –mw file=zeeland-latest.map tag-conf-file=tagmapping-urban.xml

Anyone got any suggestions on what I might be missing? Any preprocessing requiu to get relation tags into the way tags?

Expected Result, ways have tag network=rwn

Actual Result, highways do not have the network tag from the relation

Mapsforge writer doesnt resolve cycle/hike relations.
This is done in OpenAndroMaps by my own custom scripts

Ahh right. So it is a pre-process. So the scripts just resolve relations and adds the tags to the OSM files before the tag-mapping and map writer?

What OSM tools let you do this sort of processing?

I dont know of such free available scripts.
The scrits I use are self made from scratch.
