    Hallo,
    Martin

    Very bad bug:

I create lots of objects that are not part of the OSM-Database. Like for poly-labels, housnumbers out of relations, contourlines, OSMC Symbols, etc = all objects need IDs.

10 Years ago looked where are the highest IDs for ways, nodes and relations, added lots – really LOTS of clean space and than I started assigning IDs to my own objects

Well, now OSm Database has grown in a way that the nodes in the OSM-DB collide with my own objects….

OK – will be solved asap….

PS: I have to recreate the contourlines too, so this will take one week to resolve the problem.
= I rollback to the european+german maps of July

osmconvert can be quite capricious with large files especially with the –all-to-nodes option. The parameter –max-objects has to be adjusted very carefully and also inserted in situations where it is not really needed.

I now have to re-render all large maps after a night of debugging because the poly-labels are foulty.
