Hi,
on POI databases, highway=* nodes (ie highway=motorway_junction) that also have a ref=* tag receive an additional addr:housenumber tag with the same value as the ref one. This tag is obviously not coming from OSM data.

The ref tag is duplicted to addr:housenumber for highway=motorway_junction, because mapsforge maps don’t contain refs for nodes, but addr:housenumber. As the OSM data is processed like this before it’s converted to maps and POI database, this shows up in the POI databases, too.
