No it is’nt – sorry.
Locus is the only APP vector-library that is capable of displaying these symbols in Vector maps (mixing foreground/background in one symbol in runtime) so I do not include these symbols.

Second, the implementation of these Symbols in OpenStreetMap is such a mess that an exact resolving is impossible.

Thanks a lot for the answer. It is too bad that we cannot add this feature due to technical issues as in usage side it is very nice feature, specially when you change planned route in a middle of a hike/ride.
I saw lot of posts says that Osmand have option to show those symbols but I was not able to make it work. So I am trying to find another offline solution with result like way marked trails web site. It seems there are no offline solution for Android like this.

Locus Map offers offline Vector maps with those Symbols for a reasonable price – you can try the first three maps for free as far as I know.
