Hello,
Periodically I appear on openandromaps and try and fail to find the tag-*.xml files which are required for generating mapsforge maps which contain the features required for OAM styles to work correctly. Sometimes I find them (as it possibly happened last august) and sometimes I don’t (like now, after searching for 15+ minutes).
Could you please FAQ the answer as where to find the latest files required to generate matching vector maps? It would be so fantastic not to have to browse through all the changelogs manually….
Thanks.February 16, 2015 at 11:08 #4023TobiasKeymasterHi,
just have a look at the bottom of the tag-mapping/tag-transform pages (after the changelogs), in the code viewer windows you can find the latest versions.
Best regards,

Even now that you’ve said it I wasn’t sure (just by looking) that that is the one I’m looking for (and possibly a <!– timestamp and version –> would be very useful.)
Thanks!February 16, 2015 at 13:49 #4030TobiasKeymasterAs you are the first who asked, it’s not quite a frequently asked question (by many users). So maybe it’s more a question of page structuring/presentation.

December 26, 2015 at 19:09 #7609kcwuParticipantI’m unable to download these files now. The bottom of tag-mapping and tag-transform pages both say “An error has occurred. Please try again later.”
December 27, 2015 at 06:10 #7613kcwuParticipantIt’s fixed. Thanks
