Actually there is a feature freeze cause we are preparing a new generation of maps with enhanced Cycle and Hiking routes.

I would add some more:

1. building=bunker if not with an own sign than like ordinary building.
2. leisure=bird_hide
3. leisure=pitch or leisure=track + sport=athletics

Now included: Building bunker EQ building=yes
leisure=pitch or leisure=track already included

added man_made=water_tower (not included in Theme – for own use)

I forgot to mention multipolygon for leisure=pitch and leisure=track. In this case they are not visible on the maps.

found problem im TT for leisure=track
.. but leisure=pitch should appear even if type=multipolygon/relation

You may be asked to include such good distant landmarks as chimneys in the map data.
man_made=chimney
and such an important feature of the area as
natural=sinkhole
also helpful
leisure=firepit
amenity=bbq
