I rerendered the maps over night with „save“ parameters.
However, there is a more serious problem, probably an OpenStreetMap Object within the coverage of the map that causes the writer or renderer to fail.

This needs investigation away from the possibilitys of the usual logging and will take a while – sorry.

The new Renderer fails no matter which params I try.
So I reinstalled the old one – slow but working.

The maps will be available tomorrow.

The same problem with Russia North-West-3_N (cyrillic, the only map I tested), download was today.

I didn’t quite understood if there are any issues with a particular Mapsforge version and you intend to return to old 0.3 (map writer) ?

In any case please make a report to Mapsforge mailing / issues list for us to be aware of any problems.
