Hi guys,

LOGIC. Mapsforge v5 rules – those can only be “IF ENDIF”, right? No way to create IF.. ELSE.. ENDIF rules?

I’m hoping I’m overlooking a workaround I am not seeing.

Hi Tapio,
it depends. With nested rules (and prioties/what is defined earlier in the theme is rendered first) you can have some creative solutions, but it’s not so straight forward as if/else. Have you an example what you are trying to do?

Thanks Tobias, currently I have no example at hand.

I’m aware of paint order. At some point I think I have drawn a line on top of another one, if a condition (cat=”xyz”) was met. Draw twice is what of course should be avoided.

Have not yet used priority in order to solve logic problems…
