never saw Locus dealing with Microsoft. Any idea why that might be at all? Neither can I recall OAM doing such. Does a manual download from OAM work?
And can you try with the Locus 4.5.7 Beta (from Google Drive) after you activate its logging (long press lower left hamburger button)? Then provide to Menion.
Only trying fir now to scope out the arena this error plays in …
Cheers

Probably there is a misconfiguration on your Device (XML assigned to some weired target??)
I’v checked download prozess an its OK.As Michael said: MS or any other 3rd party was never ever involved in this prozess.
Have you tried to install any othe map (I do this with Corse or CannaryIslands) ?
Maybe its a good idea to check such a device with a malware scanner. The XML is:
<locusActions> <download> http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/misc/openstreetmap/openandromaps/mapsV5/europe/Great-Britain.zip <dest>/mapsVector/Great-Britain.zip</dest> <after>extract|deleteSource|refreshMap</after> </download> <download> https://www.openandromaps.org/wp-content/users/tobias/Elevate.zip <dest>/mapsVector/_themes/Elevate/Elevate.zip</dest> <after>extract|deleteSource</after> </download> <download> https://www.openandromaps.org/wp-content/users/tobias/Elevate-icons.zip <dest>/mapsVector/_themes/Elevate/Elevate-icons.zip</dest> <after>extract|deleteSource</after> </download> </locusActions>

Thanks for your response, though!!Voluntary and Velocity themes - https://voluntary.nichesite.org
