Has anything changed in the renderer to cause place names to split as in the attached screenshot? Two of the villages have their names split.
This happened before and it seemed to be a memory issue on my phone but I’m not sure. If I reduce the font size I can stop the splitting but at the expense of legibility.

The application is Locus, both Classic and Pro versions. My problem seems to relate to this. It looks as if the text width is set too low. Is that a Locus problem?

I do not know what Mapsforge version is inside the Locus app
or if they are already using the latest Mapsforge work.
Could you ask Menion at the Locus forum?

Menion is aware of the issue. Seems to be some part in algorithm, some part in theme, playing together for this undesired result.
